to secure a preferred time. Weekends, evenings,
and Holidays, may take longer to schedule. A Visa
or MasterCard is needed to reserve all Spa Packages.
If you do not wish to use Visa or MasterCard, services
may be paid in advance by cash or check. |

| Cancellations/No

| We appreciate
the courtesy of a 24 hour notice for cancellations.
This 24 hour notice allows us to fill your cancelled
appointment with another valued client on our waiting
list, and it ensures that each Ciao Bella Technician
doesn't suffer from a missed appointment. Anyone
missing 2 or more appointments, may be charged for
the missed appointment. |

Certificates are an ideal way to celebrate a special
occasion, or to say "Thank You" year round.
All Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Phone
and mail-order Gift Certificates are available.

| Bridal
Parties - |
| Ciao
Bella is happy to accomidate your bridal party.
We advise you to book your appointments 3 months
in advance to secure the best time for your schedule.
Groups of 3 or more, must make a deposit of 50%
of the services booked. That deposit becomes non-refundable
3 weeks prior to the event. If you prefer to have
your bridal parties hair and/or make-up on location,
we can send up to 2 stylists. The above stipulations
apply, in addition to a 30% up-charge for the travel. |
