Deep Tissue Massage

Hot Stone Massage 1.5 hours $110
The use of heated river stones during the massage allows for a deep tissue release. The heat penetrates the layers of tension, and soothes the stressed muscle.
Neuromuscular Massage 1.5 hours $120
The benefits of Neuromuscular Massage are numerous. It is a healing massage used to ‘clear’, ‘organize’ and ‘strengthen’ the muscles. The main issues that Neuromuscular Massage addresses are: pain related to postural deviation, trigger points, nerve entrapment/compression, ischemia, old injury or chronic pain, and spasm.
Thai Yoga Massage 1 hour $75 1.5 hours $105
Your Thai Yoga Massage Therapist will place you into a variety of Yoga-like positions, and use a blend of stretching, rocking, compression, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue to relieve your pains and facilitate your well-being.
Foot Reflexology .5 hour $45
This technique uses pressure points to map out the body through the feet. Based on the Chinese Meridian System this treatment is a wonderful way to energize. Warm towels and aroma therapy are used during the treatment and the half hour includes hands as well.
Chair Massage $1.00 per minute
