Service Policy

Our Facility

Salon Ciao Bella is dedicated to giving you the most relaxing experience possible.  Our 6,500 square foot facility is designed to give you all you need to unwind. With seven spa treatment rooms (two equipped with showers), a couple’s suite with a 13-jet hydrotherapy tub, and a relaxing spa lounge. We also have additional showers in our men’s and women’s locker rooms.  You can securely store your belongings in this area during your treatment time.

Arrival Time

We suggest that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your spa service.  This will allow you time to check in, change into your robe, fill out our intake form and relax before your spa service.  If you arrive late, your treatment will still end on time in consideration of the next guest. All first time spa guests will need to fill out our  Spa Intake Form.

Spa Memberships

Enroll in our membership program and receive royal treatment!  As a member, you will receive a massage or facial every month with a discount on any upgrades you make to your monthly service!

Gift Certificates

Our gift certificates are an ideal way to celebrate a special occasion or to say thank you year round!  All gift certificates are non-refundable. You may order gift certificates at our reception desk, over the phone, or on our web site,  www.SalonCiaoBella.com.

Reservations

We suggest making all reservations at least three weeks in advance to reserve your preferred time.  Weekends, evenings and holidays may require advanced scheduling. A credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) is needed to reserve all spa packages, Keratin smoothing Treatments, Hair Extensions and Bridal Packages.

Service prices are subject to change without notice.

Canceling and Rescheduling Policy

We appreciate the courtesy of a 24 hour notice for rescheduling or canceling a reservation.  This 24 hour notice allows us the opportunity to fill your cancelled reservation with another valued guest on the waiting list.  Anyone missing two or more scheduled reservations or those who do not give 24 hour notice for a Spa Package, Keratin Smoothing Treatment, Hair Extension or Bridal Package will be charged for the missed reservation.  We appreciate you as our guest and hope that you understand this policy is designed to provide partial compensation for our highly skilled technicians.  We wish to keep great employees at Salon Ciao Bella and this policy helps us do so.

Minimum Age

Our Spa and Salon is an adult oriented atmosphere.  We love children, but in order to insure your comfort and the comfort of other guests, children under the age of 14 are not permitted into the spa and salon unless a service is being provided for the child.

Medical Conditions

All guests receiving Spa Services are required to disclose and medical conditions and/or prescription medications as some may be contra-indicated.
