The Ciao Bella team is a group of genuine personalities who have joined together, trusting each other in our strife to become better in our careers, and even more importantly, better as individuals. Our commitment to meet and exceed each guest’s expectations is evident in our training programs, fun team games, and the accountability we hold each other to as a team. Like a family, we each have our own sets of strengths and weaknesses, but stand firmly united in our shared core values. Ciao Bella is proud to present our team to you.

Tiffany and Melissa met each other years ago, while working at a salon in Round Rock, and immediately formed a bond through their similarity in client relations and business. After a few months of working side by side, they realized they were destined to be lifelong friends. They went into business together and are proud of their (creation or baby here), and they have enjoyed watching God move them to the top Salon in the Round Rock area in such a short time. Their prayer is that the Lord will continue to provide a wonderful workplace for the whole team and to keep educating and cultivating the most amazing, top of the line technicians for all the Salon Ciao Bella guests’ needs.

Tiffany has always had a heart to teach. Her hands on approach with the Salon Ciao Bella team, gives her theopportunity to uphold discipline and growth; watching each new stylist succeed start to finish is her passion. Teaching body positioning and core fundamentals help individuals develop their own creative expression and paves the path for success. Tiffany not only teaches all the new talent that comes through our door, but she also handles the business side of Salon Ciao Bella, from ordering to coaching and all that the stuff in between.

Tiffany loves Christ with her whole heart. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has a great marriage, and tries to be the best mom possible.

We have smooth sailing at Salon Ciao Bella, because the captain of the ship can drive with no turbulence.

Joy is infectious, transmittable, spreadable, and contagious. Joy is the birthright of every believer in Jesus, but it is hardly lived daily like our Melissa lives it. Melissa is whistling, breaking into spontaneous song or dancing around the salon. If you want a stylist that will make you laugh, spit coke out of your nose, entertain you with her twin boy stories, or tell you her Golf tales, all while perfecting the most amazing Cut and/or Color for your skin-tone, face-shape, and eye color–then Melissa is your gal. Be prepared though, she WILL hug you goodbye!!!!

Nichole

The stereotypical icons of hairstylists are all but shattered with our calm, easy-going, tattoo-loving Nichole! She is rock solid, completely dependable, and has a sassy edge that makes her fun and totally addicting. Come get to know this Las Vegas-made Sweet Little Texas girl. You won’t be shooting craps, you’ll be rolling with the big dogs!

In 2008, Amanda moved to Round Rock to pursue a new and exciting life and career and soon began working at Salon Ciao Bella. Upon completion of her skill-certification, guests grew to love our Wild & Crazy Amanda. Her diversity as a stylist ranges from men’s and women’s hair cutting and beautiful coloring and highlighting to the extremely technical Keratin complex treatments. Amanda is our salon’s perm expert. Her perms are always frizz-free. Amanda prides herself in keeping up with the latest trends and styles by continuing her education in advanced hair cutting and color techniques through the classes and extra education Salon Ciao Bella provides and has now began teaching a few of those herself.

People often compare hair stylists to therapists. A good one can be a lifesaver, but a bad one can leave you with a seemingly permanent scar – until your next hair appointment anyway. So, while it may seem silly to put effort into choosing a professional hairstylist, it’s necessary to evaluate the different types of stylists before choosing the right place to maintain your coif.Regan listens to you. She is our cool and collected stylist. Your hair is her main concern and she is no mess-around kinda gal. She will confirm and reconfirm what you are looking for in a style and will guarantee you are 100% happy and satisfied. Regan is always smiling. She loves her career and never sees herself doing anything else. Hair is her art. What a great quality for a stylist to have!

Please meet our Michigan girl, with Big Texas Hair. Everything sounds better with a little accent on it. Listen to the sweet difference, even as she laughs. She is intoxicating, peppy, and spiritual. Amie fits into the Ciao Bella family perfectly.

We all like to watch her enchanting skills. Her work is totally captivating. She is masterful with her styling, cutting and color, and she will walk you through every step of the way.

PRETTY IN PINK!!!! The Apostle Paul describes the Characteristics of a Christian in Galatians 5:22 as love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, faithfulness, kindness, and self control. Character is the springboard from which all we do and say in life comes. Developing Biblical character in the face of our daily life and even in adversity is essential and the proof that we have a growing relationship with Christ! Character is not just having integrity or honesty or doing the right thing, it is not one aspect or even a few, it is a living, growing relationship in Christ which produces a synergistic combination of the fruits of the Spirit.

She shares her life, and she loves on everyone who sits in her chair. She will pour into you, and your situation as Christ pours into her. She is beautiful, inside and out. Lindsey is the Salon Ciao Bella’s Sweetheart. Her passion is to make every client look and feel beautiful from the inside out. Lindsey’s personal inspiration comes from fashion, make-up trends and, most importantly, her craving to treat everyone as she would want to be treated. She will do everything in her power to make your experience at Salon Ciao Bella comfortable and enjoyable.

If she is not doing hair, you will find her smiley and positive. You may even catch her dancing around the salon trying to brighten your day with her sweet smile.

Marie

You may think that Marie is quiet and shy at first. But watch out when you get to know her. The girl can talk. Marie is a learner. She quests for knowledge, so full of questions; she learns fast and soaks in any drop of knowledge sent her way. She’s eclectic, hippy, retro, sassy, and totally fun. She’s our new, up coming junior stylist. You have to come in and try her head massage. It’s just like Heaven.

Andrea

Andrea is the kind of person you love the minute you meet them. She is fun and genuine. She is the perfect friend. She goes out of her way to make everyone around feel special and happy. Her creativity with nail art has brought our nail team to a whole new level. Whether you want a cute flower, zebra stripes, or even an elaborate mural, Andrea is your girl! Come in with her and make a new friend!

This spunky, fun, outrageous nail technician absolutely loves what she is doing. Erica is a puzzle, a conundrum, a mystery of sorts. She is sassy, a little crazy, and brightens every room she enters. Like an onion, you keep finding layer after layer. Every week, we continue to learn a little more about our Energetic Erica as she lets us peel back a few of those layers…. We love Erica. She totally fits in our Salon Ciao Bella family. She makes us all laugh, and her heart is pure Gold. She gives the best pedicures in the world. Clients have even had dreams about them! Come meet Erica, she will capture your heart as well.

A drop of knowledge is better than an ocean of strength. Just as you can trust that the waves will continue to ebb and flow, you can trust our esthetician. Naomi possesses all of these characteristics. She is strong, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable.

While training you on skin-care techniques, she will teach you why and how these skills make a difference for your skin. Naomi takes a huge incentive to learn the latest and greatest in skin care. You can be assured she will be honest with you and tell you what your skin needs and doesn’t need. She would never sell you something unless she believes you need it. She is a huge asset to Ciao Bella. We need her and so does your skin!

A therapist is one who offers healing, either physically or psychologically. Often times we are unaware of our need therapy. Patricia’s character is calm and genuine. Her outlook on life is realistic and stable. She has dreams that she makes into goals, and then achieves them. When you speak, she is truly listening. If you are down, she lifts you up. If there is something worthy of praise, she celebrates with you. Needing to be the responsible one as a young girl, she has gracefully developed into an admirable young woman. Patricia can give you the best massage or facial you’ve ever had, but sometimes the therapy you need is simply Patricia therapy.

There are a few things that make a southern gentleman distinctive, and yes, they are distinctive. Unfortunately, they are also almost extinct. Isn’t that sad? Where did all of the Rhett Butler’s go?

Our first Salon Ciao Bella Man is a true Southern gentleman. When you come in, you are greeted with his southern hospitality, culture, and lifestyle. Matthew is very funny. We love his dry sense of humor. But it’s even funnier when he says, “yes ma’am and no ma’am.”

We are so pleased to have Matthew as a massage therapist here at Salon Ciao Bella. He fit in right from the beginning. Everyone here loves him, and he becomes one of your best friends instantly. Come in and meet Matthew. He is one of the almost extinct and Salon Ciao Bella has him on display!

Kim is our Guest Services Administrator. She welcomes guests with a cheerful smile. She really can do it all; from scheduling your appointments and answering any questions you have, to making special orders and even fixing the copy machine! She keeps our staff team up to date and takes care of us. Kim has a shy personality but once you get to know her, you better watch out! She is super quirky and totally fun! She’s our sweet little mom, with two kids she adores. She will be your best friend and greatest helper. Who wouldn’t fall in love with our very own girl next door?

Dyanna is our leather jacket wearin’, book toatin’, multitaskin’ “Rebel with a Cause.” She is a Social Media Diva, as well as a phenomenal photographer, and uses both talents at Salon Ciao Bella. Dyanna loves Jesus and His light shines in her. She is an all around friend to everyone. She makes your appointments with a smile and such ease, serves your coffee with cream and sugar, and helps with anything else you ask – all while organizing the monthly email newsletters, updating you via Facebook, and photographing all of our dress up days and events. She will chase down Melissa and Tiffany to keep them on task and focused. Dyanna will jump in to take on a new project, needs no direction, and always exceeds our expectations. We are completely blessed that Jesus sent us this hug-giving treasure to us!

Charis

Charis’s first job is being a dedicated pastor’s wife and a full time ministry worker. She follows her Lord and her gentle spirit shines through. When she is at Salon Ciao Bella, she is a fashion diva and our in house Barbie. Her specialty is encouragement. She encourages our staff, even when she is not at work. She is a friend and she does not judge. Charis is part of our fabulous front desk staff and she is here to help you with all your needs.

Marce is our salon Momma. She brings in the most delightful food, and treats for all of us. It’s her personal goal to fatten us all up. She shares her best recipes with all the team…and she has the greatest stories ever. Marce’s specialty is organization. She has taken years of Melissa’s and Tiffany’s piles, and turned them into the neatest system ever. Marce is truly our mom figure; if there is a personal problem one person is having …they go to Marce. She is so wise, and so sweet, and she always has the best answer to any problem. She is a new member of the team, and oh how she fits in perfectly. We could never live without our Marce now. You will see Marce out and about in the Salon. She knows a lot of our guests, and she visits with them often. She is the wisdom of Salon Ciao Bella.
